Fill in during the reference call. Allow ~10 minutes per call. If you are unsure about any question, leave a note in the relevant comment field.
Remember to:
1- ask permission to record the transcript of the conversation.
2- have copied already the Worker ID ( SH-W-XXXXX ) before starting the conversation.
3- Check the name of the worker with who is giving references.
4- Remember the person that the specific answers will not be shared with the workers.
